Picked in 10kg lug boxes in mid of March, the grapes were hand-sorted and destemmed. Fermented naturally and spending time in French oak barrels to be fused into an exceptional blend of Shiraz, Mouvedre and Grenache.

Equally well with beef, pork, duck, lamb, or game.
