With the untamed wish to share and produce quality, A complex wine took shape with layers of fruits and a lovely lingering mouthfeel.

A cool breeze coming from the Indian Ocean drifts over the waters of the Breede River through the vineyards, lowering the grapes temperatures resulting in a perfect blend.

Grapes were hand-harvested at the break of early morning in 10kg lug boxes. Sorted by hand, crushed and pressed. Keeping the juice of these 3 components separate during natural fermentation and lees contact till the end of autumn. Blended to marry for 3 months before bottling.

Serve with roasted chicken and creamy pasta dishes.
